Elis gets employed at MIRR as an astronomer/data analyst. His job is to make sense of the ✨mysterious signal✨ that's been picked up by MIRR's satellites. While the world is slowly falling to pieces, he's sequestered away by MIRR and placed in a strange and remote facility "for his safety".
