they call it a "spire" but it's just one of those scrawny spiral starcases

it's like an utility access to the basement, except the basement fell into
a cave... lots of dust and rubbish down here. building materials, scattered
when the place was abandoned, even more scattered when it became
inhabited again...

the tunnels go on. sometimes there are ruins.
certain places hold religious value to the lizards.
